Conservative fraud Donald Trump took the stage at the so-called Conservative Political Action Conference Friday morning. Trump, who thinks Ashley Judd is “going to be a great candidate,” anticipated a “really big crowd” and urged CPAC attendees to line up at 7:00 a.m. for the 8:45 a.m. speech.

Really big crowd expected tomorrow morning at # CPAC2013. I look forward to it!

CPAC attendees & fellow patriots – lines for my @cpacnews start at 7:00AM outside the Potomac Ballroom. Make sure to get there early!

Make sure to get there early! The room will be … half full.

Trump about to take the stage at #CPAC2013. Room is about half full right now.

Trump intro’d at CPAC by a guy who says Trump fired him on the TV show The Apprentice.Ballroom not 1/2 full for this first speech of day.

Extremely disconcerting to see that anyone woke up early to hear Trump. But no, the place isn’t even close to full. #cpac2013

That “really big crowd” didn’t make very good use of the chairs.

Zzzzzzzzzz.

I have no idea what Trump is rambling about at #CPAC right now. But he’s really sounding pessimistic. Crowd not terribly pumped-up.

A few days ago @realdonaldtrump bragged that all the cable news channels would cover his CPAC speech. Yet, not even c-span covered it live.

The Washington Examiner’s David Freddoso offered his impressions of the speech. Enjoy!

Trump randomly jumps from one subject to another.

Donald Trump is upset that no one returns his phone calls.

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

ok, I did hear that right MT @ezraklein: Trump’s example of what’s wrong with this country is he didn’t get a contract to build a ballroom.

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

Trump upset he’s criticized by lightweights. Has to reach for applause.

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

Trump was for the Iraq War, but only because he thought it was fought for the oil.

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

Trump: “Now we have someone running Iraq, we don’t even know who the hell it is.” Who’s this “we,” sir?

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

Donald Trump prescribes “fixing the economy” as the solution to America’s current problems. Brilliant!

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

“China should be more proud of Apple than we are,” Trump says.

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

I feel dumber for having listened. Applause is ended before he leaves the stage.

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

Honestly, we’re surprised the pitiful crowd was as large as it was.

Now we know why all those people came in here and sat through Trump — MITCH MCCONNELL!!!

— David Freddoso (@freddoso) March 15, 2013

Heh.
